We want you to be completely satisfied with your ESSĒN purchase; if you are not, we offer returns or exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all original tags remain attached and the signature packaging is included in your return shipment.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original ESSĒN box and secure them inside a mailing satchel, ensuring all original labels and protective materials are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your parcel at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
